General Terms - FAQ

​

1. What is your booking process?

​

To book, we required 50% non-refundable deposit to secure the date. We need your email address and we will send the invoice (bank details will be included). Once the payment has been made for the deposit, the booking is secured. We will then send out the final balance invoice nearer the event. All balance must be paid no later then 7 days before the hire. 

​

2. What is your delivery terms?

​

We offer a flat £5 delivery fee within Winchester for all Soft Play and Bouncy Castle hire.

For delivery outside Winchester — including Alton, Andover, Basingstoke, Bishop's Waltham, Blackwater,
Bordon, Brockenhurst, Chandlers Ford, Eastleigh, Emsworth, Fareham, Fordingbridge, Gosport, Havant,
Hedge End, Hook, Horndean, Hythe, Liphook, Liss, Lymington, New Alresford, New Milton, Petersfield,
Ringwood, Romsey, Tadley, Totton, Waterlooville, Whitchurch, Wickham, and Yateley — an additional
mileage charge of 45p per mile applies.

Additional delivery fees may include fuel, labour, or the hire of a specialist vehicle for transporting large
Soft Play equipment or Bouncy Castle units.
 

3. What is your cancellation policy for Bouncy Castles, Soft Play and Balloons?

• The final payment is refundable if the booking is cancelled with at least 2 weeks; notice prior to the event
date. Within 2 weeks of the event, we can look at re-arranging the date (subject to availability).
• The deposit payment is strictly non-refundable.
• Adverse Weather: In the event of adverse weather conditions (e.g., heavy rain, strong winds exceeding
legal safety limits), we reserve the right to cancel the booking for safety reasons. The Hirer will be given the
option to reschedule the hire (subject to availability). Adverse weather is at the Hirer's risk; therefore,
refunds will not be issued.

• Access & Parking: The final payment is non-refundable for cancellations arising from the inability to set
up the hire due to lack of suitable parking or clear access at the venue.

The deposit payment is non-refundable.

In the event of adverse weather conditions (e.g., heavy rain, strong winds), we reserve the right to cancel the booking for safety reasons. The Hirer will be given the option to reschedule the hire (subject to availability). It is the Hirer’s risk for adverse weather; therefore, no refunds will be given. The final payment is non-refundable for cancellations arising from the inability to setup the hire due to lack of parking and access.
