General Terms - FAQ
1. What is your booking process?
To book, we required 50% non-refundable deposit to secure the date. We need your email address and we will send the invoice (bank details will be included). Once the payment has been made for the deposit, the booking is secured. We will then send out the final balance invoice nearer the event. All balance must be paid no later then 7 days before the hire.
2. What is your delivery terms?
£5 delivery charge within Lancing, Sompting, Durrington, Worthing, Goring, Shoreham-By-Sea. Anything outside of this radius, will be charged extra (45p per mile).
3. What is your cancellation policy for Bouncy Castles and Soft Play?
The final payment is refundable is the booking needs to be cancelled with 2 weeks’ notice of the event, within the 2 weeks, we can look at re-arranging the date (subject to availability)
The deposit payment is non-refundable.
In the event of adverse weather conditions (e.g., heavy rain, strong winds), we reserve the right to cancel the booking for safety reasons. The Hirer will be given the option to reschedule the hire (subject to availability). It is the Hirer’s risk for adverse weather; therefore, no refunds will be given. The final payment is non-refundable for cancellations arising from the inability to setup the hire due to lack of parking and access.
