For balloon delivery outside Winchester — including Alton, Andover, Basingstoke, Bishop's Waltham, Blackwater, Bordon, Brockenhurst, Chandlers Ford, Eastleigh, Emsworth, Fareham, Fordingbridge, Gosport, Havant, Hedge End, Hook, Horndean, Hythe, Liphook, Liss, Lymington, New Alresford, New Milton, Petersfield, Ringwood, Romsey, Tadley, Totton, Waterlooville, Whitchurch, Wickham, and Yateley — an additional mileage charge of 45p per mile applies. Additional delivery fees may include fuel, labour, or the hire of a specialist vehicle for transporting large balloon installations or fragile balloon arrangements.
